This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this website, on an email or offer me your email address at a craft fair or workshop.

PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT and HOW I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit this website, I automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, I collect information about the individual web pages or images you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. This automatically-collected information is called “Device Information.”
I collect Device Information using Cookies.

When you visit me at a craft fair, or at a workshop and write your email address in my mailing list book I transfer your email address, and where I met you, into my desktop P.C. mailing list. This I subsequently copy to my www.mailchimp.com account, which is the company I and many other craft makers use to forward information to you about the craft fairs or workshops I will be involved in. If you have provided me with any additional information such as a phone number or postal address I store this on my desktop computer but do not transfer it to Mailchimp.
If you have purchased a product I have made through either Etsy or Folksy (my online shops linked from Lindamillerembroideries) our subsequent correspondence, if conducted through our respective email addresses will be stored on my Desktop P.C. 
I will ask you if you wish to be added to my mailing list. 
I add you to the same mailing list when you contact me through the sign-up form on the Linda Miller website.
I also add you to the mailing list if you send me a personal email asking to be kept informed of my professional engagements.

You have a right at any time to stop me from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out or change your preferences at any time.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email from Mailchimp or contact me and I will remove your details from the mailing list for you.

I want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
I do not share your Personal Information with third parties

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information I hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact me through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts I might have with you, or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

I will not keep your information in a form that identifies you for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. 

The Linda Miller Embroideries website contains links to other websites including Etsy, Folksy, Instagram and Facebook. This privacy policy only applies to this website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.
